This position will be custodian of all the online properties of the brand and theirmaintenance and optimization. Key activities include Website maintenance, SEO,SEM, Search, PPC and affiliate marketing campaigns activities. This positionwill focus on generating leads for the business and driving product trials. Theposition will serve as a subject matter expert in digital strategies, strivingto drive engagement with prospects and customers and optimize lead generation,nurturing, and conversion through various digital media campaigns and landingpage tests. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1.STRATEGY & EXECUTIONOwn digital marketing best practices andstandards within the organization, including Reporting, Measurement and Returnon Investment (ROI) for digital campaigns.Translate business goals into digital marketingobjectives, creating and communicating marketing targets / briefs.Develop specific digital strategies and identifyrequirements for all creative assignments, including content marketing, email,banner ads, landing pages/microsites, mobile sites/apps and websitedevelopment.Manage all digital campaigns, including searchengine marketing, Social advertising, Content marketingManage all aspects of agency includingdeveloping media and creative briefs, contracts and agreements, budgeting andexpense management.Develop and manage the annual budgets for thedigital function.Work closely with the brand team to evaluatecustomer segments and create customer segmentation groups for focused targetedmarketing based on customer profilingGather and share competitive insights related tomarketing strategies by targeted competitors and recommend marketing strategiesto counter or off-set competitor marketing moves based on learned trends andinsights.Develop short term and long term strategies forbrand s digital initiatives 2.ANALYTICS & REPORTINGConsolidate metrics and provide ongoingreporting and analytics to senior level managementContinually monitor and suggest improvements forthe usability, content and conversion points of the company website to supportthe company s growth objectives.Analyse current best practices in integratedmedia campaigns as well as future directions made possible by emergingtechnology.Benchmark digital activities against those ofour peers in the industry; improve digital marketing strategy and tactics to get ahead of the curve

  • Use analytic tools to track, monitor andoptimize digital presence and campaigns based on historical performance.Prepare qualitative and quantitative analysisreports and dashboards to inform various audiences of our collectiveperformance in all dimensions of digital marketing efforts, showcasing theimpact achieved for businessMinimum Qualifications Education / Experience RequirementsBachelor s degree or post graduate in marketing,communications, or related field.4 or more years relevant business experience ina digital marketing or advertising agency environment.Experience Working In High-tech Business Sectorstrongly Preferred.Experience implementing Digital Marketingstrategies in B2B sales environment strongly preferred.Soft SkillsAbility to secure clear direction and buy-infrom business leadership and then maintain visibility as strategy is executedAbility to work independently once strategy anddirection is identified, while maintaining strong visibility for theorganizationAbility to take high-level vision and translatedown to executable actionsAbility to foster strong professionalrelationships and manage expectations with customers, agencies, departmentleaders, and fellow employeesAbility to multi-task and thrive in a dynamicand fast changing business environment with time-sensitive deadlinesStrong sense of organization and attention todetail are requiredStrong Verbal And Written Skills Are RequiredStrong analytical and logical skillsExcellent presentation and excel knowledge
