We are working on a mobile marketing solution to make a difference to the lives of 10 Lakh+ financial advisors and sales people in India.enParadigm is one of India’s leading technology based performance consulting companies, founded and run by IIM Ahmedabad alumni. Our client list of 350+ companies from 20+ sectors includes Citibank, HSBC, Coca Cola, Dell, MRF, Pfizer, SBI, TCS, Philips etc.The RoleWe are looking for a highly-skilled, ambitious Android Developer to help build high-performance, connected apps. You will work across our full stack from UX to DB.For example, in his first 4 months, one of our developers :

• Re-modelled the full mobile UX
• Integrated our payment gateway from scratch
• Updated authentication across the stack
• Integrated support messenger
• Implemented rich push notifications
• Overhauled our core content synchronization (both push and request)

Mandatory Requirements

• 2+ years of focused Android development: you should be able to point us to a couple of your apps on Play Store
• Strong Proficiency and understanding of OOPS concepts, JAVA and Android SDK
• Experience with offline storage, multi-threading and performance optimization
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to hack it and deliver new products in a fast-paced environment
