Skill: social media campaigns , social media management tools , campaign performance , marketing properties; Exp: 2-7 years; – Work closely with the Brand marketing team and the creative team to develop and implementcreative and measurable social media campaigns.- Ensure everyday content creation and execution for all channels in adherence to the social mediacalendar.- Community moderation, including answering comments and questions, prompting furtherengagement, following up on issues, and maintaining community standards. Conflict managementand crisis management when necessary.- Develop content marketing properties and engaging content for all owned channels includingcontent curation of relevant articles, images, videos and infographics.- Perform outreach activities, including developing and maintaining relationships with key bloggersand other influencers. – Utilize third-party social media management tools like Unmetric.- Utilize platform-specific and third party social media tracking and analytics tools and providereporting on key social media metrics.- Track and report on campaign performance and effectiveness and continuously optimize to drivebetter results- Knowledge of FCP, Premier Pro or Movie maker will be an added advantage.
