We are looking for an Associate Director – Search Engine Marketing, an expert in SEM
& Media Buying to manage & creatively direct a team that executes all search engine marketing
activities. He/She would be responsible for planning, executing & monitoring all SEM related activities
across all major search networks like Google, Yahoo and Bing.
Responsibilities
Plan, develop &
execute SEM strategy based on customer requirements
Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify
trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
Track, report, and analyze
website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
Manage spends, staying on budget, estimating monthly
costs and reconciling discrepancies.
Optimize ad copy and landing pages to improve conversions and
ROAS
Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
Build, train and manage a team
of SEM professionals
Requirements
Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo
and Bing.
Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
In-depth experience with website analytics concepts and tools
Experience with bid management tools
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Maximize profits by using creative and analytical
skills to write advertisements, plan campaign strategy, analyze traffic statistics and manage client’s
marketing budget effectively
