You will drive your team to achieve the following
a) Drive platform adoption : micro celebrities (supply) and brand (demand)
b) User on-boarding: Setting expectations, understanding preferences, platform training
c) User education: Sharing best practices, with both sets of users to ensure they make optimal use of the platform.
d) Manage delivery: This is a client facing role. In addition to pre-sales, you will engage with the client in managing the delivery for serviced campaigns. this would also involve coordination with the engineering and insights team
2) User Delight & Communications:
a) User Delight / Branding: A brand is a perception derived by a series of experiences that help the users relate the entity with a certain set of values. Branding in early stage platforms such as GetEvangelized, majorly involves delivering a consistent and delightful experience across touch points.
b) Community Engagement: As an extension to the point above, this role involves engaging the user community with updates, announcements, educational tips and opportunity alerts to ensure optimal engagement on the platform. #LifecycleManagement
c) Media Relations: Drive key communications for the platform as per the policies, guidelines, strategy and milestones we set collectively.
You will actively participate in recruitment, hiring, and employee on-boarding for profiles relevant to the key areas of your work and otherwise.
