The role involves being a part of the early user engagement team ton a data intensive marketplace which serves two different sets of consumers in real time. Serving the needs of two data focused users of this platform makes this an interesting challenge to tackle.
What is required :
– Crisp spoken and written communication skills
– Should preferably be a people’s person
– Ability to thrive when multitasking
– Excels sheets, Calls, Appointments, Calendar : Words like this should be your mantra
– Understanding of social media platforms, culture and etiquettes.
– Understanding user behavior and customer service.
This is what you will have to do everyday :
– Work on expanding the user base
– Build stronger associations with users already on board
– Handle campaign operations in tandem with the tech team
– Be hands on with client management and delivery
– Engage with user base and support them through the entire campaign life cycle right from associating with the campaign to compensation and campaign closure.
– Support users on enhancing their experience and adding delight.
