As a Content Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for the inception and execution of all marketing content.
Experience in creating an end-to-end content marketing plan to support company goals and overall KPIs is a must. Your experience will entail executing successful cross channel content marketing and content optimization including text, audio, video and image content, social media marketing and search marketing.
An ideal candidate will have a very creative mind, command over spoken and written English, and must be able to hustle to meet strict deadlines. Your ability to adapt your content style to our target audiences is a must.
This is a challenging, hands-on role!
Developing and managing a content marketing strategy that supports organizational goals from the top to the bottom of the marketing and sales funnel with the aim to increase Brand awareness, grow inbound leads, nurture leads through the funnel and increase referrals and upgrades.
Create, edit and manage the production of digital and print content that is consistent with the organization’s brand, style and tone.
Develop and maintain a content calendar for Cialfo’s various customer personas.
Create a plan for execution, optimization, distribution and amplification of the organization’s content.
Will work from Bengaluru for the Singapore Office and should be able to liaise with multiple internal teams including mentors, designers and developers to create content on time.
Monitor and report on content marketing metrics and show continuous improvement of the content strategy based on analytics.
At least 1 year of experience in Content Marketing
Strong copywriting experience
Hands on in-depth experience with SEO strategies
Solid experience with at least one marketing automation/ email marketing platforms such as Hubspot, Eloqua, Mailchimp etc.
Should have managed and optimized google Adwords and Facebook Ads Manager / Facebook Power Editor, including keyword generation, ad copy writing, bid management and budgeting
Experience with Webmaster tools
Hands on experience with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and/or other analytics platforms
Solid understanding of marketing, business and acquisition metrics e.g. CPA, CPL, CPC, LTV, Churn, Cohort Analysis etc.
Solid understanding of the nature of various social media channels to drive user engagement and acquisition
Strong communication, analytical, quantitative and problem solving skills
Experience in HTML/CSS and other scripting languages is a plus
Experience with image editing softwares such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop etc. is a plus.
Must be comfortable working in distributed teams
