Skill: game design , knowledge of software entertainment , social / viral marketing , critical thinking; Exp: 7-12 years; ResponsibilitiesProvide creative leadership and oversight for games developed on smartphone/tablet platforms.Lead teams of designers to drive the overall creative vision for our games.Create concepts and pitch game ideas; evangelize these concepts to the studio and generate excitement and enthusiasm among the teams.Foster a collaborative and successful working partnership with our company, external IP holders and 3rd party development studios around the world.Create a learning environment within the design teams; establish processes for game research, collaboration, and critical thinking; mentor more junior design team members.Participate with senior management to develop product roadmaps, personnel assignments, and production budgets.Ensure the commercial success of our product offerings..RequirementsAt least seven (7) years of experiences in game design, including two (2) or more years of mobile games in a senior role.Demonstrated experience and understanding of both premium and freemium mobile games; solid understanding of popular mobile, casual, and social games recognizes what makes them fun.Strong experience in social/viral marketing; solid understanding of game analytics.Excellent organizational communication and management skills with a strong desire to contribute to growing a business; excellent pitching and public speaking skills.Must exhibit a strong and current passion for games and a strong sense of aesthetics applicable to producing AAA entertainment products.Must be an avid gamer and play games across genres and platforms.Must have successfully developed and managed people, resources and schedules within a leading entertainment software company.Extensive knowledge of software entertainment industry, game platforms and current trends.Early-adopter when it comes to mobile electronics and other consumer products and services.Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.BA/BS or equivalent
