Job Description:
One Point Of Contact for all customer query
Constant interaction with customers either via call or email
Understand customer’s needs and provide them helpful solutions
Interact with other teams and seek their support in resolving customer issues
Ensure complete customer satisfaction
Should be able to use CRM and other general web applications as a part of the Job
Preferred Skills:
Excellent communication skills & Interpersonal skills
Excellent telephone and email etiquette
Good knowledge of MS office
Flexible in attitude and approach
Strong self-management skills
Previous experience in CRM/ BPO is an added advantage
