Job Description:

 One Point Of Contact for all customer query

 Constant interaction with customers either via call or email

 Understand customer’s needs and provide them helpful solutions

 Interact with other teams and seek their support in resolving customer issues

 Ensure complete customer satisfaction

 Should be able to use CRM and other general web applications as a part of the Job

Preferred Skills:

 Excellent communication skills & Interpersonal skills

 Excellent telephone and email etiquette

 Good knowledge of MS office

 Flexible in attitude and approach

 Strong self-management skills

 Previous experience in CRM/ BPO is an added advantage
