AdsNative is hiring great folks to help power the ad platform for the modern web. We’re looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to play an integral role building and scaling advertising products and systems with a small team of passionate peers. We are looking for someone to build and support systems that can effectively serve hundreds billions of native ad campaigns each month. The ideal candidate loves solving new challenging problems, is a great collaborator, and at least slightly obsessed with automation. You’ll be in a fast-paced, open and collaborative environment where people like to have fun just as much as they like to work.

What kind of things will you work on?
– Build, configure and maintain high-performance, fault-tolerant, scalable distributed services
– Engineer ways to support high traffic and peak loads cost-effectively
– Write backend code when needed
– Monitor, diagnose and resolve production issues
– Build tools to help developers move faster
– Obsess over uptime and latency

What are we asking from you?:
– Understanding of web operations, cloud operations, networking, software development, release – management, and continuous deployment
– Ability to use a wide variety of open source technologies and tools
– Ability to code and script (Java and Python)
– Ability to manage data pipelines and storage
– Comfortable with with frequent, incremental code testing and deployment
– Comfortable with collaboration, open communication and reaching across functional borders
– Strong grasp of automation tools
– Strong sense of ownership, urgency and drive
