Roles :

• Depending on the industry and target audience, suggesting a digital marketing strategy for clients
• Coming up with ideas for social media content ( Facebook / Instagram / Twitter )
• Using tools for scheduling Posts for publication on social media and analysing the results for maximum engagement. .
• Planning, executing, monitoring & optimising digital marketing PPC campaigns across Google and Facebook / Instagram
• Brainstorm new and creative growth hacking strategies
• Co-ordinate with content creators ( image / video / blogs ) to get the content made for posting
• Have basic design skills to touch up / do basic changes to creatives for posting.
• Execute email marketing campaigns using the tools provided, Analyse and optimize these campaigns for maximum engagement.
• An understanding of the conversion optimization techniques and consumer online behaviour

Requirements :

• Knowledge of Digital marketing techniques. Both Organic growth and PPC ( Google adwords / Facebook / Instagram )
• Online Research capabilities to analyse what the competition is doing and how to better that
• Creative thinking when it comes to ideas for engaging social media content / posts
• In depth Knowledge of Google Adwords and Facebook Marketing ( PPC )
• Project management skills to prioritize and manage work
• Excellent communication skills
• At least 2 years of experience of managing and growing social media accounts for clients.
