Exp: 3-5 years; This role is complete hands-on requiring someone with an ability to work autonomously or with little supervision, working for one of the growing Australian Company. Some of the job duties involvesPlan, Measure, Execute and Optimize marketing campaigns across all major social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google+Track website, analyze visitor flow and generate weekly/monthly reportsAutomate the process where possible to reduce ongoing manual effortAnalyze Analytics and identify areas of opportunity and utilize conversion rate optimization techniques such as A/B testing, Split Testing, etc.Develop and Manage Landing pages, optimize Sales Funnel and provide direction to the website designers and content writers to install conversion code and tracking pixelsExpert knowledge of Google Webmaster Tools, Google Analytics and SEO optimized ContentFix errors in online content, work to improve SEO and organic search results using Google Search console and Google AnalyticsMeasure, Report and Analyze relevant marketing metrics and make recommendation based on the accumulated dataConduct on-site and off-site SEO competitor AnalysisKeep up with the latest trends in Digital Marketing Trends, SEO updates and industry changesNeed to have attention to details and positive can-do attitude with a desire to extend beyond existing skills and come up with cost effective solutionsStrong written skills, web skills and proven experience in implementing and managing online strategies in particular, social media, web content, news items, case studies, testimonials, blogs, feature stories, profiles etc.Understanding of email marketing systems such as MailChimp, G-mass or similarPerform strategic Link building, Forum Participation and perform directory submissionsRespond to customer complaints in professional and timely manner, client s site reviews and feedbacksAttain key performance indicators(KPIs) such as reducing website bounce rates, increasing dwell time and improving conversionsPerform keyword search for paid and organic campaignsEdit and post videos podcasts and audio content on online sitesCreate online banner adverts and perform PPC AD managementUnderstanding of web server, analytics & search engines technologies, technical website development elements (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, WordPress, etc.) & their implication on SEO effortsPrepare online newsletters, infographics, promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channelsEducation & Key SkillsBachelors qualification in digital marketing or related disciplineDemonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skillsProven interest in digital marketing and creative thinkerExperience required in SEO, SMM and SEM, lead generation, Facebook fan page Management, email (data collection and sorting) and video marketingExperience with Google Tag manager is PLUSAdvance MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Ability to handle time-sensitive projects and working to deadlinesGoogle AdWords and Analytics Certified is PLUS
