Skill: Digital Marketing , social media strategy , optimize engagement , content management , Office programmer ,Photoshop , online marketing; Exp: 4-9 years; Develop and deliver the organizations social media strategy. Accountability for editorial strategy, planning and execution. Own the planning and implementation of the content calendar for all of the organization s social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube. Produce accurate and on-brand copy across all the social media channels of the organization. Procurement (from brand partners) and in-house production of all brand assets required to support our weekly calendar of activity. Develop and distribute reports that demonstrate content performance and trends. Drive traffic generation and identify ways to optimize engagement. Monitor best-in-class examples of social media of brand partners and ambassadors. Act as the companys custodian in the digital space, ensuring all executions and initiatives are on brand.Graduate degree in a related field and 4+ years experience in digital content and social media, ideally from a leading corporation or agency. Proven track record in content management and social media. Highly computer literate with strong skills in all Office programmer, Photoshop skills desirable. Demonstrable knowledge of online marketing across other channels (SEO, social media, content development and affiliate networks). Strong analytical skills and a working knowledge of web analytics tools. Passion for luxury brands, social enterprise, social media and digital technologyStrong communication skills, both written and oral. Ability to cope under pressure and deliver to deadlines. Analytical and creative. Proactive and able to take initiative. Organised and methodical, with excellent attention to detail. Strong organisational and problem solving ability. Ability to work in a team as well as independently. Good attitude, flexible and adaptable nature. Highly organised with an ability to multitask and manage a busy workload.
