Job Responsibilities:
- Work in line with the organizational value set
- Plan social media strategies for internal accounts
- Execute social media campaigns
- Monitor and respond to conversations on social media
- Prepare reports on campaign performance
- Learn and develop best practices for social media
- Build processes and templates to ensure high-quality campaigns
- Attend client meetings and respond to client queries as and when required
- Plan and execute influencer campaigns for external accounts
- Stay up to date with market, industry and domain developments
- Contribute to the organization’s knowledge repository
- Mentor interns
Required Skills:
- Impeccable verbal and written English
- Thorough understanding of how social media works
- Familiarity with multiple digital platforms
- Understanding and experience executing influencer campaigns
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work with tight deadlines
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
Required Experience:
- Between one to two years of relevant experience
Required Education:
- Any Bachelors’ Degree
- Degree in Digital Marketing, English or Mass Media preferred
