Job description
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the B2B email marketing channel – marketing calendar, creative design, execution and deployment of email campaigns, A/B testing and measurement
- Build and Manage complex CRM programs in Responses for our existing customer base
- Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and facilitate opportunities for improvement
- Analysis of current email marketing campaigns and making recommendations for improvement
- Carrying out segmentation of the database and implementing re-marketing strategies
- Tracking and reporting on email campaigns in order to guide improvements
- Ensuring all email campaigns comply with current email best practice in the industry
- Work cross-functionally with data science, creative, promotions, and other marketing teams to segment customers, optimize email messaging and targeting, and generate customer demand and drive conversion
- Institute rigorous test-and-learn methodology to achieve desired results
- Develop a high-performance email marketing strategy for each of our go-to-market channels
- Develop email content that boosts performance through creative concepts, content, and design
- Develop landing page content to optimize conversions and traffic from organic search (SEO)
- Automate nurture programs, ensure end-to-end tracking and proper measurement
Qualifications:
- 6+ years experience developing, deploying, and optimizing email campaigns for USA & Other International locations.
- Thorough understanding of email performance metrics and benchmarks, helping drive and optimize key traffic and revenue metrics including deliverability, CTR, open rates, incremental revenue lift, engagement, and retention.
- Familiar with A/B testing best practices.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (e.g. charting, formulas, analysis, etc.).
- Must be a team-player, able to effectively communicate with various departments.
- Strong organizational skills and “get-it-done” attitude.
- Minimum Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
