SkillSet: Email Marketing. Run email campaigns focused on traffic, conversions and promotional activity
- Constantly drive email database size and quality
- Adapt new technologies and services into company’s email marketing
- Develop trigger based email program targeted towards specific campaigns and events in customer lifecycle
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft office applications and ESPs ( Email service providers)
- (Yahoo, AOL, Gmail, Hotmail)- Expertise with Campaign Management tools like Experian, Epsilon, Dream, Dream mail, Netcore, Kenscio & Teradata.
- Constant interaction with the on shore & off shore team regarding the management of client accounts.
- Driving app downloads through email ers
- Preparing various types of emails (Newsletter, Transactional, Notification, Marketing, etc.)
- Targeting Email or ads to different users or content.
- Analytics and reporting related to the e-mail campaigns.
- Lead generation through email ers.
- Setting up triggered email ers
