Should have handled a team of 10 incase you have 7+ years of experience

Shall be setting up process for team right from saving file to end output (applies to 7+ years of experience candidates)

Must be proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator

Must have excellent time-management, multi-tasking, and communication skills.

Must have a minimum of 6-7 years of formal industry/professional experience as a web/mobile designer

Must have a good eye for aesthetics: layout, color theory and typography.
