Job description

We are looking to onboard Marketing Specialist – Growth Hacker to handle complete responsibilities of conceptualizing and executing strategic marketing campaigns resulting in increased customer adoption and engagement. The role is critical to the hyper-growth phase of the company in India/Global operations and hence would closely work with the Product Management, Business Development/Sales Teams to ensure deep market penetration.Key Responsibilities

• Plan the product positioning, launch and key messaging to differentiate our products in the market
• Partnering with all marketing functions within the team and key stakeholders on the client end, agencies to drive campaigns that are highly successful and in alignment with the key performance indicators
• Work closely with Product Manager to identify key customer segments, channels, define and measure clear conversion metrics
• Content management for both online and offline channels and coordinating with clients/agencies to leverage paid digital campaigns including SEM, SEO, PPC, display advertisement
• Driving co-marketing, co-branded digital and email marketing campaigns with strategic partners
• Building a community of digital health evangelists, generating clear actionable insights and connecting the dots to improve website, social media platforms via A/B testing

Requirements

• Prior experience of 1-3 years of driving digital marketing campaigns/growth hacking for start ups is a must
• Ability to be focused on impact, outcomes, prioritizing multiple tasks and influence the team by leading from the front
• Strong business acumen, understanding of UI/UX and digital marketing concepts
• Be a Customer champion who is always focusing on user experience, value-add and product evolution to deliver delightful customer experience
