Skill: SEO , SEM , PPC , CRO , HTML , CSS , Javascript, web development , knowledge of Telugu; Exp: 4-5 years; ResponsibilitiesPlan,test and scale growth strategies across online paid acquisition channels.Implement and track non-paid growth strategies.Funnel optimization and CRO through a combination of analytics,front-end web.Design/development,retargeting,email marketing,others.Develop keyword strategy,organize content,build backlinks for SEOBuild,lead online tracking including developing multi-channel attribution modelsRequired Skills and CompetenciesBachelors degree required, preferred in CS or similar technical degree.2+ years of prior front end web development experience.2+ years marketing experience growing B2C business.Extremely comfortable with rapid testing, iterating.Expert in online marketing who enjoys learning.Expert in HTML/CSS/Javascript and responsive grid frameworks.Experience with web design for landing pages and content pages.Deep knowledge of SEO,SEM,PPC,CRO,retargeting.Mixpanel(preferred),Kissmetrics,and/or Google Analytics advanced understanding required.eCommerce conversion experience & Email marketing experiencePreferred Experience with home services.Preferred – Ability/interest to develop content for blog, social mediaRequired Qualifications and ExperienceAny Graduate/MBA is preferred.4 to 5 years work experience in Customer Sales and Account Management.
