Responsibilities & Objectives Responsible for all growth hacking activities that drive user acquisition and revenue growth including SEO/ SEM, content marketing, affiliate marketing, analytics, referral marketing, email marketing, digital marketing, social and viral marketing and etc. Manage and create digital media plan for the product in India with alignment on all product launches, marketing campaigns and other key events Manage all growth hacking and digital experiments to formulate and test growth and user acquisition hypotheses Explore new revenue and user growth opportunities with idea generation, analysis, experimentation and testing Be part of the Global Marketing team that develops messaging and creative that resonate with target customer audience A habitual experimenter who likes to try out various ways to improve funnel metrics while using data to understand what is, or isnt working and why Communicate results and new projects objectives with the rest of the Global Marketing team Cross-functional collaborator who will work half of the time working with the people around him/ her and other half with people across the globe. Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of experience in growing software solutions in a non-conventional manner Deep technical expertise coupled with excellent marketing acumen In depth experience and grasp of advertising and data analytics tools Out-of-the-box thinker with ability to test and execute new hypotheses and projects Technical background with an Engineering degree in computer science from a highly reputed college Desire to challenge the existing industry processes and workflows, and a healthy disrespect for the impossible Communicate results and new projects objectives with the rest of the Global Marketing team Ability to succeed and thrive in ambiguity and uncertainity is essential This is an immediate opening and salary is not a constraint for the right candidate.
