Product Knowledge should have very good banking product knowledge (PL,BL, Loan for the professionals)
Create content strategy, A/B testing, manage the content, and ensure that content on various web-properties is SEO-optimized and call-to-action is clearly mapped against various stages of target-audience engagement cycle
Be able to create content by leveraging content, design and image tools
Expertise in digital marketing tools google ad words, mobile marketing, analytics, mail chimp, Facebook, LinkedIn tools etc
Design & Creation of specific campaign product specific campaigns to engage with target audiences (employees, Loan Product, potential SME & new Startups -loan customers, etc)
Responsible for all forms of display/banner, mobile, native, paid social, owned media and new programs for customer acquisition and retention
