Skill: formulating actionable plans , marketing savvy , analyzing complex data , Product Development , marketing; Exp: 8-10 years; Profile > To develop and execute marketing strategy to efficiently grow the subscriber base.> The role includes managing relationship with existing clients. > Acquisition of new Clients.> To ensure engagement with clients.Responsibilities > Achievement of product targets.> Launch of product and implementation of system and process with help of IT Team, Finance Team and CAMS. > Operations and Marketing support to branches for product.> Designing of product campaigns, training initiatives, promotional and pricing strategies, Development of Team Members.> Compliance, MIS Reporting and Audit check.> Collaborate with Finance Team for collateral management, insurance etc.> Create and manage all acquisition strategies through several channels. These may include appointment of Business Associates, designing contests, online banner networks, affiliate programmes, keyword campaigns, SEO strategies and internal communication plans.>Ensure proper execution of SOP and maintain highest level of ethics in day-to-day operations.>Co-ordination and follow-up with PAN India offices to boost sales.>Collaborate with User Interface designers to drive improvements to the home page, landing pages site registration and activation touch-points.>Identify and execute on opportunities for new online / viral marketing efforts geared towards maximizing traffic and sales.>Provide cross-functional leadership with marketing, IT and Finance Teams.>Manage external relationships with partner agencies and others.
