Job Title: MarCom Officer
Job Location: Mumbai
Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning and implementing Marketing communication activities, agency & vendor management, managing/tracking marketing budgets for India & Middle East
• Work on various integrated marketing communication campaigns and strategies for all IDEX BUs, aligned to the business objectives and areas of focus
• Help develop sales tools like Advertisement, Brochures, Flyers, Posters, Banners, Attack-Paks, Launch-kit, Videos
• Manage and execute participation in various external trade events / shows, organize customer seminars, trainings and internal events
• Lead and manage e-newsletter, e-blast, mail, and other direct marketing programs and campaigns
• Generate content and manage media plan for print & digital
• Selection, development & management of professional vendors for various marketing communication programs
• Work to various communication tools to strengthen & increase visibility of IDEX brands in the region
• Digital marketing & Mobile marketing strategy and implementation for IDEX Brands in the region
• Manage Communication with internal & external stakeholders

Required Skills:

• Excellent writing, editing and overall communications skills; ability to distill complex topics into compelling communication.

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently, and to perform effectively under tight deadlines
• Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media
• Experience in managing external agencies
• Willing to travel

 

Work Experience: 3-4 years of relevant experience in a marketing-communications role with industrial products

Education: Master’s degree in Marketing; preferably with engineering background
