About the Job:
If you live and breathe marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Marketing & Business Development Executive to develop, implement, track and optimize our marketing campaigns across the city.
Role and responsibilities:
Design, build and maintain our social media presence
Responsible for driving web traffic to the company website to increase sales through paid advertising primarily FB advertising.
Identify and implement website best practices that drive a best in class customer experience to improve marketing effectiveness, maximize conversion rates and grow the e-commerce channel.
Work closely with product team to develop and execute an effective marketing strategy.
Engage in new cross-brandings and tie-ups with various outlets in the city.
Initiate creative local marketing strategies and user growth campaigns.
Regularly attend events and happenings around the city and be the face of Outbox.
Track events around the city and regularly build presence for the company by getting flyers distributed, setting up standees, tent cards on visible locations and continuously engage in cross brandings to drive better results.
Maintain the company blog by creating user engagement posts and running contests.
Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROIs); Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
Identify trends and insights, optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Initiate new ideas and collaborate with vendors and other agency parties. Get them on board with Outbox as a partner.
Reach out to vendors and get the best deals for the company to create suitable services for the users.
Gather sales leads from the market and approach clients to increase the revenues.
Reach out to corporates and sign up contracts for employee recognition programmes.
Conduct promotional events to develop new contacts and increase user base.
Developing a business plan covering sales and revenues, promoting the organization’s
presence and control expenses.
Should be able to handle potential clients when on field as the first in command.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Evidence of a strong personal online profile, e.g. a blog, website or connections and interactions on various social media platforms.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage and inform the users.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
