• Lead the process of Brand Management through Brand Positioning, Creative Development, POS, Competition Analysis and Tracking and BTL planning
• Be a part of the leadership team to manage the marketing function to consistently deliver the highest standards of customer experience, brand visibility & brand recall leading to achievement of targeted topline, bottomline & market-share.
• Define and manage annual marketing budgets and calendar involving product launches, in-store events, brand associations, ATL campaign management, media buying and consumer engagement initiatives aimed at driving traffic to stores and ensure cost effectiveness.
• Brand Marketing: Manage and increase the brand identity, represents the market identity- who we are, what we do, what kind of quality we provide and increase the trustworthiness, and more.
• Lead the localization and execution of marketing initiatives to align with the MBG strategy and drive revenue. Responsible for data driven plans & closed loop ROI reporting to the country team and local teams.
• Retail Marketing : Manage BTL and associated modules at retail stores. Map trends and consumer behavior and devise strategies to improve ROI on key performance metrics. Ensure effective launch of Loyalty Program with focus on incremental sale and increase in repeat customers visits.
• Conduct market research through external agencies to generate insights by working together with corporate marketing team
• Digital Marketing: Manage all digital touch-points including website, e-commerce and social media to effectively increase brand reach and conversations around the brand socially. Focus on e-commerce sales, reach and engagement matrix on social media.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• PR Management : Manage all PR efforts of the company and ensure dissemination to all relevant news to media agencies and subsequent tracking of coverages for effective ROI. Ensure stakeholder placement. Lease with media persons directly for story placement and coverages.Position Requirements
Strong experience in marketing.
Atleast 12 years of overall experience.
If done sales, then added advantage, should have handled big roles earlier.
