Position: Performance Marketing Manager

What is Performance Marketing? Performance Marketing is basically results based marketing though online channels. It differs from traditional/offline since it requires a fundamentally more scientific and analytical approach due to the speed and accuracy of measurement afforded us by online channels of marketing. It is one of the crucial pillars of any company in the digital space and is instrumental in driving user acquisition and retention.

Role :

In this role you will be working directly with the head of marketing and helping design and execute the online marketing strategy for Moonfrog. This involves –
 Running and optimsing campaigns on Google,Facebook and Ad networks
 Designing and experimenting with communication and messaging.
 Negotiating and managing relationships with external vendors
 Help build in house products for optimization and automation.

Requirements

 Graduated from a top tier engineering/management institute
 1 to 4 years of work experience
 Great analytical skills, and has the ability to distill large amount of data into actionable inferences.
 Comfort with technology.

 Prior experience in Digital Marketing
 Has worked with large scale data, analysis and querying
