Position: Senior Manager-Digital Marketing Strategy
Location: Pune

Job Profile

 Responsible for designing and executing the firm’s digital marketing strategy

 The candidate will be responsible for designing the objectives and goals for the firm’s digital outreach program. The candidate will also be responsible for execution and measuring progress against the goals

 The candidate is expected to have strong familiarity in the following areas, specific to B2B companies:
― Inbound Marketing
― Digital & Social Media Marketing
― Creative Marketing Solutions
― Creative social media strategies
― Social media branding
― Content marketing
― Mobile marketing
 Develop and drive the firm’s SEO strategy to drive traffic, including tracking and periodic reporting of SEO analytics
 Identify digital marketing trends and incorporate the most recent trends into the company’s digital marketing strategy
 Brainstorm with product management teams to come up with new content and marketing ideas
 Work closely with the presales teams to design and roll out campaigns and work on initiatives including setting up webinars etc.
 Work closely with the HR team to develop social media strategy in order to attract future employees to the organization
 Will report directly to the Head of Product Management and MarketingRequirement:

– Candidates with 4+ years’ experience in digital marketing at B2B companies / digital marketing agencies supporting B2B companies
