Skill: marketing, Media plan , channels , design and strategy , Social Media marketing , Market Research; Exp: 4-5 years; The creation and management of full Social Media teams, with 4 team members to begin with and growing monthly The right candidate will screen, hire and ultimately manage teams created by them, with this unique opportunity to shape the ideal teams Develop and execute a strategic Social Media plan that integrates with organizational marketing initiatives and generates significant leads and ultimately customers Ultimate responsibility for meeting Social Media marketing initiatives, and over achieving on tangible monthly targets with will be lead based The supervision and oversight of all Social Media campaigns, across all platforms In depth audits and reports, and weekly performance reporting Use of state of the art analytics to execute improvements and monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy Liaising with on-site web developers on the implementation of tags and tracking Manage and optimise all Social Media assets including landing pages and copy Maintain high levels of up-to-date knowledge of best practices and strategies Manage social media sites by ensuring accounts are updated on a daily basis and that messaging is timely and relevant Assist with the management of online reputation and ensure the team works with Customer Support to respond to customer issues accordingly Manage the creation of social posts for all social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and YouTube, all produced by on site dedicated resources Work closely with the Business Development, Sales and Product departments to communicate on customer feedback, complaints and conversations surrounding the brand Monitor, analyse and report on competitor activity
