The individual should have a good understanding about the Social Media space along with a strong hold of data analysis and synthesis. An in-depth knowledge of business requirement and possible solutions in the Digital Media would be an added advantage.
Skills/ Requirements
- A thorough understanding of Social Media channels, data aggregation and analysis. Understanding of PR/Traditional media is a plus
- Should be able to relate any business problem that can be answered through Social Media analysis and findings
- Demonstrate deep understanding of how to track, measure and optimize against social media KPIs, including reach, engagement, sentiment analysis, top influencers, paid and organic effectiveness
- Should also have a good knowledge and understanding of Online Response/Reputation Management
- Expertise in MS PowerPoint and Excel with VBA Macro as an added advantage
- Experience in Social Media Analytics tools like Radian6, Simplify360, NetBase, NM Incite, Factiva, Meltwater, Cision etc. would be an added advantage
- Superior communication skills, both internal and client-facing
- An efficient team member with leadership qualities to handle and communicate with the clients and the vendors directly
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills
- Passion for Social Media and emerging platforms
- A Bachelor/Master’s degree in Management or equivalent in the related field
