The Social Media Specialist plays a crucial role in successful management of digital strategy and execution for ONMO as a brand. This requires an innovator and a progressive thinker who can connect digital to all other aspects of business and drive growth opportunities. The individual will in effect be the brand custodian, reflecting the brand’s voice and values in engaging and growing the community and answering key questions such as how the brand is communicated and experienced through digital interactions, and how digital interactions fit into broader customer experiences. The individual will also assist the Director-Branding in the development of overall communication strategies.

The Social Media Specialist is responsible for the development, execution, and success of digital strategies on multiple accounts.

Knowledge, Experience & Skills
Education: A graduate, preferably in communications, or with a post graduate diploma in communications/media.
EXPERIENCE: 3 to 6 year of full-time experience in online communication for a global consumer brand with domain knowledge in Social Media and overall digital trends. The individual should have exposure of digital communications functions, tools, practices, benefits & should have knowledge about various aspects of digital communications – Search, Social Media, User Generated Media, Multimedia, Blogging and Web Presence.
SKILLS: An organized and enterprising individual with a positive attitude. Should have the ability to multi-task, work in fast paced & deadline oriented environment, be self-motivated, and possess strong communication skills – written, verbal and presentation and analytical skills –MS Excel, social tools. Should also be a good team player.
