Purpose of the Job:
To manage integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Responsible for all online marketing efforts
Roles & Responsibilities :
Web Marketing – SEO/SEM:
Identify effective web marketing techniques in line with global trends:
- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Work with inside and outside talent to create a multi platform, modern online marketing campaign to consistently increase inquiries
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Explore & Execute cost effective ways to analyse and optimize our web presence effectiveness via SEO, Analytics, Traffic analytics
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Social Media Marketing
- Design, build and maintain the company’s social media presence strategy (Decide the channels and create the content). Liaison with internal stakeholders and external vendors to execute and manage operation & maintenance.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights prepare reports for management and recommend spends.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Evaluate emerging technologies.
- Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Plan for usage of Audio Visual tools (Eg: marketing Apps, Chat Bots, videos etc)
- Analyse the effectiveness of AV feedback form , Testimonials etc as effective marketing tools.
- Work with other marketing & Sales staff to create an interactive improvement process for an enhanced and effective online presence
