Responsibilities

Plan, develop & execute SEM strategy based on customer requirements

Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns

Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns

Manage spends, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.

Optimize ad copy and landing pages to improve conversions and ROAS

Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization

Build, train and manage a team of SEM professionals

Requirements

Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing.

Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition

In-depth experience with website analytics concepts and tools

Experience with bid management tools

Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

Maximize profits by using creative and analytical skills to write advertisements, plan campaign strategy, analyze traffic statistics and manage client’s marketing budget effectively

Experience of ROI driven campaign management

Manage complex projects with an ability to handle multiple projects at a time

Set and meet deadlines for self as well as others in the Team

Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints (preferable)

Certified Professional with proficiency in handling Google AdWords, Yahoo and Bing Paid Search Marketing platforms
