- Maintaining database of former, existing and prospective clients highlighting their requirements and other relevant information.
- Providing help and advice to customer seeking for our services.
- Communicating courteously with potential and existing customers through telephone, email, Skype, letter and face to face & contract negotiations.
- Following-up clients to keep them updated.
- Producing written information for customers.
- Initiating and developing relationships with key decision makers in the target organizations to foster end to end business development.
- Identifying and Analyzing the Client Requirements.
- Active Participation in launching new services and Expansion of Business.
- Experience in preparing RFI/RFP/ RFQ.
- Have expertise on bidding on portals like, Guru, Upwork, Freelancer, Elance etc.
- Handling and converting prospective clients to the potential customers by using various sales strategies (Upselling/ Cross selling)
- International IT Sales (in UK, US, Australia, etc.) and Present Service Demonstration globally.
- Monitoring trends and adopting social media tools for getting prospective clients.
- Execution of all social media activities (i.e. Tweeting, sharing content, engaging, liking, increasing social reach, etc.)
