Job description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated, fun loving, enthusiastic and results-driven B2B Digital Marketing expert.
In your role, you will be working with a set of B2B clients helping with end-to-end digital strategy and execution to help with specific objectives like branding, lead generation, etc.
Core Responsibilities:
- Account management and client liaison as the point-of-contact and support the digital strategy for the client
- Execute and work with multiple teams for digital marketing activities including social media management, paid advertising, Search Engine Optimization, Website Development, Content and Design
- Using social media research, analytics and monitoring tools to undertake social media audits (familiarity with tools will be a plus) and regular reporting
- Analysis of social media performance of clients across multiple platforms
- Stay updated on the latest trends and updates on social and digital marketing like SEO, mobile, web development
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through the provision of a quality customer experience, subject matter expertise, and advisory services
Skills & Experience:
- Deep understanding of B2B/IT digital marketing and the associated channels like social media, paid advertising, SEO, content marketing, branding and strategy
- Active user of social media and digital networks including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Slideshare and online forums / discussion groups
- Active in the blogosphere and with an understanding of blogger etiquette and the various (preferably you will write your own blog)
- Experience of managing social media presence in the past for B2B/IT brands
- In-depth experience with social media analytics and optimization techniques, having directly managed end-to-end execution of social media campaigns
- Able to speak, write and communicate clearly and present effectively to the clients
- Prior client facing experience
- Ability to work independently and ensure the highest level of client satisfaction
- Ability to demonstrate high ROI and tangible metrics
- Preferably from a B2B/IT Marketing role or from an agency with B2B/IT experience
