Role & Responsibilities:
Strategy:
• Defining Marketing strategy working alongside the Marketing Manager, by closely understanding the company’s targets and goals, leading to designing and executing campaigns that have a direct impact on sales
• Ensure that all digital channels and tools are fully exploited to ensure success of campaigns
• Maintain in depth knowledge of industry best practices, tools, trends, consumers insights and shopping habits
• In-depth knowledge and reporting of Google Analytics and other tools to monitor and report KPIs on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
Execution:
• Responsible for initiating and maintaining partnerships across all relevant digital
• Utilizing tools and Insights to content and design to increase conversion rates, and make website highly engaging
• Actively manage customer retention campaigns with the marketing manager and client servicing manager
• Ensuring success of all offline marketing campaigns by leveraging online channels to create buzz and establish brand image
Advertising and Optimization:
• Coming up with highly effective and targeted digital advertising concepts and campaigns in the set budget, and closely overseeing their implementation
• Creating SEO, SEM/PPC, Google Adwords and retargeting strategy and overlooking execution
• Always up to date with the latest tools, concepts and strategies in SEO, SEM, Google Display Network/Advertising, Social Media advertising, email marketing, retargeting
• Monitor and Report campaign performance and use this data to improve planning and execution for future projects
Planning:
• Develop accurate projects priorities, schedules and execution of online brand marketing campaigns
• Working closely with the marketing manager and communications manager for planning ongoing social media, email, and other online media activity
• Develop compelling, relevant strategic input documents and creative briefs for the team
