Responsibilities :
- Execute the creative projects from concept to completion, translating marketing objectives into creative solutions supporting the creative strategy
- Work directly with Creative Director to execute multiple projects from initial concept through completion.
- Attend regular status, kick-off meetings, creative review meetings and ideation sessions.
- Help develop & design pitch decks, corporate presentations and branded documents that are filled with exciting ideas & present information in a clear articulate manner.
- Work hands-on to develop and execute outstanding creative solutions and meet project objections within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide quality control on concepts and projects.
- Be an active advocate of anything and everything that’s creatively inspiring.
- Communicate orally and in writing, clearly and concisely with co-workers, other team members and supervisor. Adapt the style and technical level of the message to the target audience. Practice effective presentation skills.
- Accurately handle multiple rounds of revisions to finalize projects.
- Maintain complete fluency with, and knowledge of all digital visual media and software programs required to accomplish the above-mentioned goals.
- Proofread copy for spelling, grammar and layout making appropriate changes; responsible for accuracy and clarity of final work.
Skills & Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2-3 year’s experience as a Graphic Designer within the creative industry.
- Expert knowledge of typography, color, usability, layout, production and other design principles.
- A thorough understanding of (and appreciation for) social media, understanding the visual trends of each social platform, the content formats available to use and how they can be leveraged creatively.
- Conceptual thinker and problem solver.
- Mastery of Adobe Suite products: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat
- Ability to execute outstanding creative on multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work creatively in a team and independently.

- The ability to draw/illustrate, experience in photography or basic motion-graphics skills would be an extra plus.
- An interesting portfolio that demonstrates the fundamentals of design, from layout and typography, to color and composition as well as the ability to come up with content ideas that fit a brief and are communicated clearly and passionately.
- Excellent time management skills and experience working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- An energetic team player, with a can-do attitude and a positive personality.
