The marketing of the Collaboration architecture and solutions spans the entire Enterprise, Commercial and Service Provider Segments.
The Marcom Manager is responsible for the agency management of end-to-end country content and asset production, working alongside the Country Managing Editor and Content Marketing Experts within the [name of hub] . This also includes working with the Digital, Social, Events and other teams to create assets that meet the needs of audience and/or industry focused execution.
The role demands strong experience in integrated marketing communications plus a creative and innovative mindset. Primary focus will be on agency and stakeholder management, which is a key skill requiring outstanding project management skills.
The Marcom Manager needs to have good country market knowledge and the ability to communicate in the local language, or in the primary language of the content itself
Role & Responsibilities
Manage the Agency Content Production in line with the country plans developed with Managing Editor, including content timelines & status tracking with agency. Works with Content Managing to define customer and partner journeys & tactics best suited to audience and industry.
Manages Regional & Local Agencies on content & asset creation and production. This also includes agency briefing, budget management, account management performance and regular agency reviews. The Marcom would need to manage the agencies workflow to ensure on-time delivery of all content and assets. This also includes stakeholder approvals on agency created content.
Brand Ambassador – ensure all Content Experts & Agencies use templates and guidelines on creative platform, high level messaging & positioning. Includes tone, voice & consistency
Localisation – responsible for working with localisation agency where required on reverse localisation into English, transcreation and translation on existing content and assets for your Country.
Liaison with Digital, Social, Events, Comms and other functions on the assets & format required to suit the execution method eg specs for paid media banners etc
Working with Digital team on the creation of web landing pages, Email & Lead Nurturing journeys through Eloqua, DG 2.0 banners and other related online assets
Managing the processes for country content upload onto the content management platform, enabling content experts to maintain and keep up to date
Measures the content performance & analytics with Content Managing Editor and close loop with Agencies to enable optimisation for future.
Best Practice Sharing – good knowledge and understanding of what other content is created within the EMEAR Region that the Country could utilise and adapt. This will require good communication across the Marcom network in the other countries
7-10 years of B2B complex IT solution Marketing preferably in Digital Marketing expertise, Audience Marketing and Content Marketing experience
Strong agency management experience
Experience of working in a global organization, would be an advantage
Innovative, forward thinking marketer
Demonstrable understanding and experience of working across languages and cultures
Campaign planning, delivery, co-ordination and evaluation
Inbound and outbound lead generation content creation, delivery and measurement
Knowledge of Digital Marketing principles
Occasional overseas travel will be required
