Job Description

1. Develop and implement an effective search strategy – Based on Audience Insights and Search Behavior, map and improve our clients SERP’s with competition on targeted keywords. Perform ongoing keyword research and discovery, expansion and optimization.
2. Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
3. Manage campaign expenses, stay on budget, estimate monthly costs and achieve maximum ROI from spend
4. Create and optimize Copy and Landing Pages for Search Engine Marketing
5. Research and analyze competitor advertising links and keywords
6. Work with the technology team to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all our clients’ properties
7. Work with the digital marketing team to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
8. Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
9. Generate Leads for our Clients

Requirements
1. 3 to 5 years of experience of SEO and SEM, managing Google AdWords and Google Analytics
2. Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably in Advertising, Computer science, or Mathematics/Statistics)
3. Moderate to advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities
4. Functional understanding of HTML & CSS. Ability to guide technology teams on implementing essential on-site SEO elements and offsite projects like Google AMP
5. Passion for Internet and Digital Marketing
6. Ability to work across teams, manage projects & multi-task with attention to detail
7. Work long hours if required
