Job Role: Engineer- Sr. Engineer – Technical Support
Experience: 4 to 8 years
Job Responsibilities
Analysis of customer’s requirement & suggest the best solution to them
Write/Develop codes for customization and enhancement as per customer’s request
Code analysis / log analysis to isolate software bugs to get to root cause of the issue
Provide proper solution of the issues and implement same as and when required
Collaboration with Technical Support engineers and Product Management teams for timely resolution of the issue to customer satisfaction
Contribution to Knowledge Base Enhancement
Job Requirements
Min. 4 years of relevant work experience with Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent is desired; advanced degree preferred.
2+ years Force.com development experience, with a strong focus on Apex and Visualforce development.
Development using standard Salesforce and Force.com platform (Apex, Triggers, Workflow rules, VF pages, Batch Apex, Email Services)
2+ years Java or C# development experience, and 2+ years web application development experience, including solid experience with Java or C#, as well as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
Strong web development skills including JSON,XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript Scripting Languages, DHTML, SOAP and AJAX
In-depth experience with jQuery and/or AngularJS a plus.
Solid experience in problem analysis, resolution and debugging of software problems
Strong written and verbal communication skills are preferred
Willingness to ‘roll up one’s sleeves’ and assist wherever needed
Team player who will innovate to continue improving the way Apttus serves its customer
