Job description

Skill: Identify new markets , Analyze data to measure effectiveness , distribution channels , viral marketing , goal-oriented , selling complex products , close deals; Exp: 12-15 years; Creating sales processes and strategy, building systems and reporting for sales activity, pipeline and performance metrics.- The VP will be responsible for defining a plan for scaling the sales team. This includes defining future team structure, a more rigorous approach to consultative sales and channel development, refining recruiting and training processes, improving daily and weekly processes, etc. – Comfortable in strategic discussions with other functions of the company engineering, data science, research etc.ATTRIBUTES FOR VP OF SALES The ideal candidate will have many of the following attributes- Leads by example makes it a point of pride to pursue and close deals and actively engage in supporting team members to better qualify and close deals.- Comfortable selling into industries that may be old-fashioned in their technological or purchasing habits. – Experienced in selling complex products, preferably data-related products and/or selling Software as a Service products- Proven ability to spearhead the development and refinement of a repeatable sales process
