Job Responsibility

Plans site design by clarifying goals, designing functionality. Develops site navigation by categorizing content; funneling traffic through content. Develops site content and graphics by designing images, icons, banners, audio enhancements, etc. Prepares site by installing and configuring server software; installing programming language using authoring and formatting tools; ensuring cross-platform compatibility; establishing links. Establishes floatability by registering with search engines. Upgrades site by updating content and graphics; monitoring performance and results; identifying and evaluating improvement options; introducing new technology; maintaining links. Protects site by designing and installing security precautions. Maintains site appearance by developing and enforcing content and display standards; editing submissions. Web Designer Skills and Qualifications:

Must be graduate in any branch of IT. Must have atleast 1 year working experience in IT Company. Proficient understanding of web mark-up including HTML5, CSS3. Proficient understanding of Wordpress, Joomla, Opencart, etc Proficient understanding of client side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including JQuery, DIV. Good understanding of PSD and PSD to HTML. Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize or perform small adjustments on an image. Familiarity with tools such as Dreamweaver

Photoshop is must. Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues, responsive websites (i.e. boost trap foundation) and ways to work around them.
