Thus a counsellor will be expected to
- Understand student’s need and find appropriate solutions
- Counsel students (prospects), convince and convert them for the respective programs offered by PrepCue
- Explain about online preparation, its pros and cons
- Counsel students in non-academic matters during the course of the study
- Counsel parents and help with the payment process
- Assist the respective managers in any corporate related activity
